Over the last few years we have built up a portfolio of carefully selected apartments and town houses located in the heart of Swansea's vibrant city centre and waterfront.

All of our properties are either new or have been recently refurbished to a high standard. We have a mix of furnished and unfurnished accommodation. 

You may be staying in Swansea for a holiday break, professionals coming to work in the city, students on a course, or are looking for a home for your family. Whatever the reason we can accommodate you.

We are a small family run business based in Swansea and only let out and manage our own properties. This means we do not employ Agents who charge set up and management fees.

This cuts out the middle men and enables us to ensure the rent on our properties remain extremely competitive.  It also means we can liaise directly with you, and can be attentive to your needs. 

It is our aim is to provide a first class, professional, but friendly service to ensure your stay in Swansea is special.
